Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time & Tracking
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your package is on its way.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that unexpected delays (such as weather conditions, peak holiday seasons, or carrier disruptions) may occur.

5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

At Sabrina's Glotique, we understand the importance of personalized skincare. However, due to the nature of our products being cosmetics and for sanitary and hygienic purposes, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are FINAL, and NO refunds or exchanges will be processed. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control. In case of any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to us via our contact form. Body Butter
Our body butters will be unavailable during the summer months but will return at the end of August. The richest and most emollient option, body butters are intensely hydrating and provide a protective barrier to lock in moisture, making them perfect for very dry or rough skin, especially during harsh weather conditions.
Body Cream
We now offer body creams year-round, as we won't be shipping body butters during the summer months. Body creams are thicker in consistency compared to lotions, providing deeper hydration suitable for drier skin types or areas needing extra moisture, such as elbows and knees.
Lotion
Lightweight and fast-absorbing, lotions are ideal for daily use and provide quick hydration without leaving a heavy residue. They are perfect for normal to oily skin types or for use in warmer climates
