Return Policy

At Sabrina’s Glotique Skincare Essentials, we prioritize hygiene and product integrity. For this reason, we do not accept returns on cosmetic or personal care products. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sabrinasglotique.cs@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any cosmetic or skincare items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, the standard 14-day return policy does not apply to cosmetic and personal care products due to hygiene reasons.
